Munday holds what your team did about it: who went to them, what they brought, what was said, and what happens next. That is a system of action, and it is a different shape.

## Why both

A record answers "has this person been here three times?". It cannot answer "who is going to them on Tuesday, and do they know about the hospital visit?". Most churches answer the second question in somebody's head, which works until it does not.

## What you would switch off
